A closer look inside your HVAC system
Visible buildup on HVAC components deserves a closer look. Our team can inspect accessible areas, explain what we find and recommend appropriate cleaning or other next steps. Some conditions may require further evaluation.
How the process works
Inspect and document
Review accessible components and signs of moisture or buildup. Discuss the findings before recommending work.
Clean and address moisture
Recommend appropriate component cleaning and address drainage or moisture issues that can contribute to recurring buildup. Scope and pricing are confirmed after inspection.
Consider UV where appropriate
Discuss whether UV equipment is suitable for your system and where it would be installed. Cleaning and UV installation are optional services quoted separately after an evaluation.

Questions about indoor air quality
What happens during a visit?
Our team reviews accessible HVAC components, discusses your concerns and explains recommended next steps.
Are cleaning and UV included in a maintenance plan?
Component cleaning and UV equipment are priced separately. The Total Comfort Plan includes an indoor air quality check; confirm coverage and terms with our team.
Does UV replace cleaning and moisture control?
No. Existing buildup still requires physical cleaning, and moisture issues need to be addressed. Our team can explain the role and limitations of any recommended equipment.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve residential addresses within a 30-mile radius of our Leander base, including Leander, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Round Rock, Liberty Hill, Hutto, Pflugerville, Jarrell, Taylor, Austin, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Lago Vista and Manor. Coverage depends on your service address within that radius.
